If reviews aren’t appearing on Google, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Your Google Business Profile connection may have expired and needs to be reconnected - do this through the app. First log out then log back in connecting your google account.
- Google may be reviewing or filtering the review (this is normal and can take time).
- You may have recently changed your Google password — reconnecting may be required.
- The review is internal negative feedback, which is never published.
